Shopping Centre Manager – Perth

Be part of something new - we’re making our first local hire in Perth to help bring the Banna experience to WA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our Perth neighbourhood shopping centres,ensuring they are well-managed, operationally sound, and evolving into vibrant,community-focused places.

While the role centres on property management, it goes farbeyond day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in implementing strategiesto transform our centres, add value, and help create places that genuinelyserve their communities.

You’ll also be fully supported by our broader Sydney-basedteam, which covers, lease administration, asset management, tenancycoordination, facilities and operations, projects, marketing, and finance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Asset Manager in Sydney, your keyresponsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing     the daily operations of Perth centres, including tenant communication,     arrears management, lease compliance, Opex budgeting, and reporting.
  • Being     the first point of contact for operational issues and coordinating     contractors to resolve them promptly.
  • Managing     public liability incidents, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Conducting     regular site inspections to ensure each centre is safe, clean, and     well-presented.
  • Supporting     lease administration, including updating tenancy schedules and tracking     sales reports and insurance certificates.
  • Building     and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and     internal stakeholders.

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keepingthings running smoothly, and is confident working with autonomy while leaningon a strong support system.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 7+     years’ experience in shopping centre management.
  • A     solid understanding of building operations, compliance, and services.
  • Experience     with budgeting and public liability incident management.
  • Strong     communication skills - approachable, clear, and solution-focused.
  • A     practical, organised mindset - comfortable managing both reactive issues     and long-term planning.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to an experienced Shopping CentreManager with strong knowledge of the Perth market. You’ll bring valuable localinsight, established relationships, and the ability to deliver results.
